Hyatt Regency Manchester

We couldn't have asked for a better location, right in the heart of downtown. The train station was just a stone's throw away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. And when it came to dining options, we were spoiled for choice with an array of restaurants just steps from the hotel. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was also impressive, complete with all the necessary amenities. The service we received from the staff was top-notch, always friendly and accommodating. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast that we enjoyed every morning, a perfect start to our day. Plus, the stunning view from our room was the cherry on top of an already wonderful experience.

The pillows, which were a bit too big and hard for our liking. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall fantastic stay we had at the hotel.

Good sized room with nice views and plenty of natural light. Appreciated the complimentary water, snacks, and tea/coffee in the room. The bathroom was well presented with a spacious shower and bath. The breakfast had a good variety of options, both hot and continental. Convenient location for accessing local universities and a nearby car park.

Room servicing was not up to standard, towels were not changed daily and tea/coffee supplies were not replenished without request. Pillows were too firm and could benefit from offering a choice of soft and firm options.

The venue was always exceptionally clean, had great staff and location. This was my pleasant stay in a location suited to our needs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The hotel is conveniently located near the university campus, making it the perfect choice for anyone looking to be in easy walking distance of the centre. As families, we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who catered to our every need. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped with all we needed. The breakfast selection was second to none and we loved the fact that the hotel offered a 24-hour room service, making it even more convenient for us.

This hotel is great for families!

I had immaculate, gorgeous room complete with large bed, a stunning view, as example. Everyone was fast and perfect. It was a short walk to Higher Cambridge St bus stop.

The location was odd.

Everything was great and we had fab time. In short, the room was cosy, exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom. It was fairly clean here, the staff were hard-working. The service was outstanding and the food was excellent.

Cleanliness was great, with well-maintained facilities throughout the hotel. This place had it all, including convenient parking and easy access to transportation. The hotel's location, in easy walking distance of the city centre and near the university campus, was a huge plus for us. Plus, being situated close to some up-market restaurants added a touch of luxury to our stay. The breakfast was a standout feature, one of the best we've ever had. But what made our experience nice was the excellent staff. They were very good too accommodate our needs, including allowing us to use a room for a post-marathon shower even after we had checked out. Their really good service left a lasting impression on us, and we can't wait to return.

The room was modern, clean, and practical. The staff at Hyatt Regency were pleasant and approachable. The location was convenient and easily accessible by car. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise as it was included in our stay. We also appreciated the nearby parking options and the convenience of late-night shops and a pub.

The Nespresso coffee machine in our club room had water in it from a previous occupant, and we were only provided with 4 coffee pods for two people. the hotel's transition from Crowne Plaza to Hyatt meant that we didn't have access to the club lounge as IHG members, and we received no compensation for this.
